Consumers & the curious
Understand the materials around you and how to handle them.
Written from two decades of hands-on experience, the book dismantles packaging complexity into sizeable chunks and restructures it into one clear, illustrated overview of what packaging really is.
Everything we use in daily life is packed, and packaging is one of the quiet pillars of modern society. Yet there had been no book about the basics of packaging as a general subject - until this one.
The formation of the book began in 2016. The goal was to present the whole of packaging in a simple, illustrative form that anyone could understand - consumers, businesses and legislators alike. It creates a bridge between the genuine need for packaging and the urgent need to address its environmental impact, presenting the good, the bad and the ugly of the packaging world without judgement.
Understand the materials around you and how to handle them.
See the full bottom line of the packaging you use - and how to build sustainable growth.
Present packaging stories and cases with deeper, broader expertise.
“My key goal was to present the whole packaging complexity in a simple, illustrative form - so that everyone could understand the topic.”
